As the company`s major functional department implementing the quality policy,the Quality Inspection Dept is supported with a complete set of QC system and guidebook for puality inspection.The department includes three partsIQC,IPQC(FQC included)and OQC.The above three are organized organically,realizing the QC tasks in course of the production.For IQC,it is responsible for comtrolling the incoming materials,ensuring all the incoming material complying with the requirements for product design and the national safety provisions;it conducts the related experiments for core elements before the official production,reudcing the invalidity andnonuniformity of elements and laying solid foundation for quality of product.IPQC is responsible for the QC in the process of producing,and sets up the QC points according to the features of production flow and carries out the systen of"three-inspection(referring to self-inspection,mutual-inspection and tour-inspection)and"three-full inspections"(referring to full-number inspection,overall inspection and omnibearing inspection);the depart will put the bad factors creating poor puality under the effective control,providing the forceful assurance for the qualification ratio of products and unfinished products to be supplied to the next procedure.OQC is responsible for by OQC.The sampling inspection is implemented by means of scientific statistical method,aiming to ensure the stable quality and reliable of products.Thecompany will implement the routine test periodically,and carry out the period sampling inspection and make records for the above processes to cnsure the traceability of product quality.
